1- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: 

After your payment is successfully confirmed, your order will be processed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then shipped within 2 to 8 business days to the shipping address provided at checkout or your account area. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and valid. We are not responsible for any delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer.

2- CANCELATION, RETURN AND REFUNDS: 

Order Cancellation:

1- You may cancel your order at any time before payment confirmation or product dispatch. 

2- Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be available. 

3- You can manage and cancel your order directly via your Order Page. 

 

Return Policy (All Sales Are Final):

1- Due to the nature of fragrance products which are strictly classified as hazardous/flammable liquids (Hazmat) we cannot accept physical returns.

2- Shipping carriers within the United States enforce rigid restrictions on returning this category of goods. Therefore, all sales are final once the order has been dispatched.

Refunds & Replacements:

We only issue refunds or send replacements under the following exceptional circumstances:

1- Damaged Items: You received an item that was damaged during transit.

2- Incorrect Items: You received a different product than what you ordered.

How to claim:

Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. You must provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. Once verified, we will arrange a full refund or ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
